Welcome to Pathway To Independence
Pathway To Independence is GA non-profit organization that provides residential training and support to youth under the age of 18 with a diagnosis of IDD or Developmental Disabilities. Currently, we are a non-contracted provider serving this population of youth via DFCS.
Developmental Disabilities. The American Psychiatric Association defines intellectual disability as a disorder with onset occurring in childhood prior to 18 years old that includes both intellectual and adaptive functioning deficits in conceptual, social, and practical domains (DSM-5, 2013).
